Formulation of the Second Phase of the Breeding Development Project in the South-East (Projet DELSO)

First aim of the mission was to establish a qualitative and quantitative review on the interventions and results obtained with « DELSO » project. Among the technical and socio-professional subjects studied: veterinary epidemiology, distribution of breeding inputs, professional training of breeders. Once conclusions drawn, the mission proceeded to the identification and formulation of the second phase of the project : « DELSO 2 ».
