Institutional Support in the Area of Policy Formulation and Agricultural Statistics

The objectives of the technical assistance are the provision of expert advice, proposals for legislative measures and improved information in the area of agricultural pricing, production and marketing. The technical assistance develops skills and economic expertise in the two key institutions responsible for policy formulation and planning of the agricultural sector of Kazakhstan, namely: the Agricultural Department of the President’s cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Agriculture.
