Land Use Policy – Phase I

The main objectives of the project are: i) affirming the legal ownership status of farmers by completing, as rapidly as possible, the programmes of land restitution and registration; (ii) strengthening a market-based agricultural sector by facilitating an active land market, and (iii) formulating and implementing land-use, land tenure and related policies in order to complete the land reform process.
