Mid-Term Evaluation of the FORCUENCAS Project

A diagnosis to check the value added by the FORCUENCAS (Strenghtening of natural resources local management of the river basin of Patuca and Choluteca rivers) project in term of rational conservation and use of natural resources, in particular hydrographic river basins, in order to assure improvement of living conditions and poverty reduction. This will be analysed through a review of activities implemented and results obtained up to now in each of the project components, compared with the specific project objectives. Recommendations will be provided in order to advise on future project implementation.
