Promotion of Soil Conservation and Rural Production (PROSCARP)
To contribute to a marked improvement of the standard of living of smallholder farmers in Malawi by increasing their household resource security. The key thrust of PROSCARP is soil conservation coupled with agroforestry practices to increase organic matter in the soil as a means of increasing crop yields.
