Rehabilitation and Revival Plan for Ethiopia
The Government of Ethiopia put into effect a “Rehabilitation and Revival Plan (PRR). Under this plan, the European Economic Commission (EEC) financed the technical assistance/ advice provided to local authorities engaged in the execution of agricultural and water supply schemes. This TA was entrusted to AGROTEC.
