Reduction and replanning of the role assigned so far to the Seed Wing, a branch of the Government-owned Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC), in the framework of the GOB’s new agricultural policy in the seed industry sub-sector. Private companies will assume some of the Seed Wing activities.
