Environment & Energy

Environment and Energy have always been a central sector for AGT, in particular for the numerous projects implemented since 2000 in the supply of scientific and analytical equipment for environmental monitoring (water, air and soil). AGT has, in fact, gained a long standing experience in providing mobile air monitoring laboratories with the latest technologies available on the market as well as system for the monitoring of the quality of water mainly on the Danube river.

As from 2012, our activities focused also in alternative energy sources for both irrigation systems powered by photovoltaic and the production of energy for industrial purposes and potable water for human being leaving in remote areas.

The first photovoltaic system (stand-alone) was in fact implemented in Egypt in 2012 in the framework of project funded by the Italian cooperation.  From this period onwards, AGT has entered into an important partnership with a leading Italian company in the energy sector with which various projects funded by the European Union have been successfully implemented in CIS and African countries.

Finally, in the last years AGT has started to work in the field of natural risk assessment implementing its first EU funded project in Kyrgyzstan in 2018-2020.
