Milestone Achievement: Successfully Closing the BINLI Project in Bangladesh! 🇧🇩🛡️

AGT is proud to announce the successful completion of the Bangladesh Integrated Network for Livestock Information (BINLI) project, financed by the World Bank. We recently held our final event to present the results, marking the end of an intensive journey toward strengthening the country’s livestock sector.

The BINLI project has been a crucial initiative designed to establish the necessary pre-conditions for an integrated information network. By aligning with international standards, we have worked to improve data accuracy, disease surveillance, and the overall effectiveness of livestock management.

Key Highlights & Achievements:

• Successfully defined the framework for a nationwide integrated livestock database.
• Strengthened the capacity of local authorities in disease detection and reporting.
• Enhanced coordination between regional and national livestock departments.
• Laid the groundwork for better food security and animal health in line with EU and international best practices.

This success would not have been possible without the incredible dedication of our Team of Experts and the invaluable collaboration of the Department of Livestock Services (DLS) and our institutional partners.
