BioCarbon Fund – Reforestation Project
The objective of this assignment is to undertake all necessary analysis, consultations and complete all documentation necessary to enable: (i) appraisal of the proposed Ukraine Reforestation Project by the World Bank;
(ii) negotiation of an Emission Reductions Purchase Agreement between the State Committee for Forests and the BioCarbon Fund; and (iii) assessment of additional Kyoto compliant carbon sequestration activities nationwide based
on the experience of the BioCarbon Fund pilot project.
