Development of a Strategy for Soft Fruit Production, Distribution & Marketing in the Southeastern Region of Poland

Scope of the project: (i) to discover the market preferences and demand for strawberries and raspberries in south-eastern Poland and western Europe and thus determine the potential for producing and marketing them for south-easter Poland and export; (ii) to outline a marketing and production strategy to help producers of strawberries and raspberries in south-eastern Poland to realise their potential, (iii) to present the strategy and extend the results and conclusions of this to those who will be able to realise its implementation.
