Aim of the Study is to undertake a diagnostic analysis of the CARIFORUM Rice industry, providing country reports in which stakeholders, problems and constraints are identified. In investigating the industry at the micro and macro levels, the study examined production strategies, marketing arrangements and the cost structure of each country, benchmarking the production and marketing costs with efficient regional and world producers.
