Institutional Capacity Improvement for LEADER Measures

The global objective of this assignment is to support the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock (MFAL) (Managing Authority) in the preparations for the implementation of the LEADER measure of the IPARD Programme in Turkey. The specific objectives of this assignment are: i) to develop the capacity of coordinators to train local stakeholders on LEADER; ii) To assist the MA with preparations for implementation of LEADER measure in the new Programme (2014-2020).
