Cash Crop Development. Special Study for Sericulture Sub-Project

Purpose of this study was to: (i) assist the Government of Vietnam in preparing a Sericulture Extension Programme, with emphasis on Lam Dong and Son La provinces; (ii) prepare a financial Analysis and Five-Year Business Plan (1993-1997) for the Vietnam Union of Sericulture Enterprises (VISERI). The resulting investment proposal have been considered by the World Bank for financing.
