Support to the food security in Rwanda. Feasibility study of a credit project

Besides analysing the feasibility of a rural credit programme and resulting it is profitable, a further purpose of this study would be to propose methods of actuating of two credit systems : the first in the near future for the rural world and the second for the traders, keeping into consideration the security structure.
