Mid-Term Review of the Veterinary Services Programme (VSP)

The objectives of the Review Mission are: (i) to assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact (if any at this stage) and sustainability / replicability of the project.; (ii) to provide conclusions and related recommendations on future directions of the project; (iii) to provide improved / updated project formulation and implementation documents in accordance with integrated project management principles and in particular to the EC project cycle management (PCM) approach.
