The overall objective of the ACP FISH II Programme is to contribute to the sustainable and equitable management of fisheries in ACP regions, thus leading to poverty alleviation and improving food security in ACP States. The purpose of this contract is to provide technical assistance support to the Fisheries Administration in Eritrea to review and update the Fisheries Proclamation (No. 104/1998).
